We are about to kick off Extreme Training Camp 2011 here at Parrillo Headquarters in Fairfield, OH. We have a great group coming in from all over to learn how to take their physiques and their games to the next level. We have competitors from all different levels and the NFL....not to mention all the great new equipment from John Parrillo. Well.....athletes are walking in the door now, so we'll be back with updates a little later....
